Please read the following information and when you are ready to register with us to sell your items, click on "Register now" to setup your account. If you are already registered with us or My Consignment Manager, click on "Returning Sellers" to access your account.

Important Notice
Coastal Kids Consignment Sales takes the safety of our shoppers and their children very seriously. We highly recommend that everyone join the U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls email list to receive notification of recalls. We require our consignors to check for recalls before tagging items as consignors share the responsibility in complying with the recall and CPSIA laws (we do not own the items being sold, you do). General Info
- Great opportunity to clean out the closets and attic and cash in on your kids stuff that is just too good to give away at a yard sale. We are looking for brand name, gently used items. Save the discount department store items (Wal-mart, Target etc) for a yard sale. By consigning with us you’ll be able to get back some of the top dollar you spent on your kid’s items.
- Don't get caught short for time; begin tagging your items now (a little each day or week). You'll have plenty to sell and money for Summer fun & vacation!
- You decide the price of your items. No haggling or selling items for less.
- You do not have to be present to sell. Just pick out your best items, tag them using our computerized system, bring them to check in and we’ll sell for you!
- Receive a minimum of 55% of the selling price (65% maximum see below) with just and $8 registration fee. The fee covers consignment software, facility rental & advertising. Earn 5% more by volunteering for a 3 hour shift. Earn 10% more by volunteering for 6 hours. Can be done all at once or split into 2 different 3 hour shifts. Send your husband to volunteer a shift so you can shop the presale…we need the extra hands for setup and/or take down. - As a consignor who sells a minimum of 25 items or items totalling at least $50, you will receive 1 (one) pre-sale pass to shop before the public for best selection. Check our sale schedule on the "Home" page for pre-sale dates and times. Pre-sale passes will be given at the door of the pre-sale event (your name will be on a list).
- The decision is yours to make (on an item by item basis) to sell your items for ½ price on Saturday.
- Print tags on white ardstock (aka coverstock) 60-67# using our computerized inventory system. No handwritten tags permitted. At the end of each day of the sale we will upload sold items to your account so you can see how much money you've made each day!
- If by chance your items don’t sell, you decide (on an item by item basis) if you want to donate the unsold item to local needy children. We’ll handle delivery of the donation for you but you get the tax deduction.
- Receive your check within 2 weeks or less of the close of sale.
- No “walk-in consignors” will be accepted. All Consignors must pre-register and inventory their items prior to the deadlines. See event schedule on home page for details.
- We are looking for gently used, high quality items. Please do not be offended if we turn away some of your items. It is our desire to make this a high quality sale where consignors and shoppers are able to sell/buy their items at great prices.
- All unsold items that you do not wish to donate must be picked up between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday. Please bring a picture ID to claim your items. Any items not picked up by 4pm will be donated to charity. No exceptions as we do not have the facility after this time nor do we have the space to store items.
- To be fair to other consignors and to ensure a successful sale to all participants, please make sure you are on time for your chosen check-in appointment. We all have kids and understand that things happen. Should you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late we will work you in as best we can but expect longer wait during busy times. Also, please do not send your items with another consignor to bring at their check-in appointment because you are unable to make it to yours. This causes major backups and unfair to other consignors. If you do find it necessary to send with another consignor, your items will be placed to the side and we will work checking them in when time permits with no acceptance guarntees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
